By downloading, installing, or using Poop Tracker - PooNote (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

Poop Tracker - PooNote is provided by Augustin Villetard ("we," "us," or "our") as a personal tool for recording bowel observations and reviewing a personal history.

The App is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace professional care. Seek advice from a qualified health professional with questions about a medical condition or concerning symptoms.

Subscriptions

• The App may offer auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions as described in the App and at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price agreed at purchase, subject to any legally required notice of price changes.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refunds for unused subscription time are available only where required by law or under Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for an unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass subscription or entitlement mechanisms, or use it in a way that impairs its functioning.

Intellectual property

The App and its original content, excluding your own entries, are the property of Augustin Villetard.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augustin Villetard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
